 My experience spans over 13 years working with children, teens and
adults, providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families and
groups. I have provided these services in agency, private practice and
school settings. I have managed and clinically supervised counselors
working in a high school environment and implemented district-wide school safety, mental health programs in San Mateo’s Unified High School
District.
My undergraduate degree is in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in
family, sexuality and the life cycle. I obtained my graduate degree at
San Francisco State University in 1997 in Counseling, with
specializations in marriage, family, child and the older adult population.
I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of
California. My license number is MFC # 40142 and can be verified by visiting
the California Board of Behavioral Sciences website at
http://www.bbs.ca.gov/ .
